1. Delivery Time

Processing Time: All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–5 business days.
Delivery Time: Typically 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
Our products ship from centralized warehouses abroad (Europe or Asia), which may affect delivery times depending on your location in the USA.

  • Insured Shipping: $3.50
    Shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

3. Delivery Methods

All packages are sent with trackable shipping via our trusted partners (USPS, FedEx, or equivalent). You will receive a tracking number by email once your package leaves the warehouse.

4. International Shipping

Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses overseas. This allows us to offer unique products at competitive prices.

5. Taxes and Duties

Sales tax is included in the prices displayed on our website for U.S. orders.
Any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, a fee of $50 will be charged for return shipping and handling.

7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days, please contact us with your order number.
We will assist you in tracking your shipment or send a replacement if the package is lost.

8. Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your purchase and a separate email with a tracking link once the package has shipped.
Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
