1. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Policy)
You have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

Personal hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, perfumes, intimate wear) if opened or seal broken

2. How to Return

Include the completed form inside your return package and email us a copy.

Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

Clearly label the package with your name and order number.

Ship using a trackable method and keep your tracking number.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Note: We are not responsible for lost return shipments — always keep your tracking number.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For regular returns under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us for free return shipping and assistance.
5. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, a fee of $50 will be charged to cover shipping and administrative costs.
6. Taxes and Duties
Some products ship from warehouses outside the USA. Sales tax is included for U.S. orders placed on our website. For international orders, you are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties as per your country’s regulations.
